Yes from the Cancun Hotel Zone, downtown Cancun, or Playa Mujeres. If staying south of the Cancun Hotel Zone in the Riviera Maya, you will need to meet us in downtown Cancun by taxi or rental car.

Pickup in the Cancun Hotel Zone is 5:30am, and in downtown Cancun or Playa Mujeres it's 6:00am (a half hour later in fall and winter). If you're staying south of Cancun in the Riviera Maya, meet at Plaza Las Americas in downtown Cancun at 6:00am (6:30am in fall/winter).
